For Action Heating & Cooling—and our founders Joe and Deanna Petkus—HVAC and electrical are more than trades. They're a family tradition. Generations of hands-on experience taught us the value of doing the job right, and in 2005 we carried that legacy forward. What started as a one-person shop has grown into a team of more than 50 serving families and businesses across Milwaukee and Glendale.

We’re proud to be a Woman-Owned Business and a Factory Authorized Carrier Dealer. Since 2006, we’ve maintained a strong rating with the Better Business Bureau by staying true to our values: integrity, accountability, and treating every customer like family. Today, we provide ac repair and replacement, as well as complete electrical service. Our licensed electricians handle everything from wiring and panel upgrades to lighting installations and safety inspections.

What sets us apart is how we approach every job. We don’t cut corners or chase quick dollars. If something goes wrong, we stand behind our work and make it right.

Community involvement is part of who we are. We support Women in HVACR, sponsor apprenticeship programs, and partner with Habitat for Humanity and local non-profits to provide heating and cooling for low-income families. We also take part in weatherization assistance and host employee-led events that give back to our neighbors.
